1) You must be of legal age to promote our sites.

2) Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

3) We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts.

4) We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program  if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason.

5) You may not hot link any of our free contents from our server, if you do, you will be cancelled without pay.

6) E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited.

9) iiCash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications
    with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

10) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be
       notified immediately and paid for all accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is
      determined you have violated this agreement in any way you will not be paid.

12) iiCash reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than three months.
      In such cases you will be notified in advance.

13) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason,
      based on the content of their website or for any other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate
      with a 20 day notice.

14) Taking content from the members areas is strickly not allowed. If caught we will terminate accounts.
       Extra content for galleries can be used only with the permission from us.

Fraudulent Activities
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all.

Payment programs
We offer 55% partnership + recurring program. You will receive 55% of the total sale. Plus 55% of all recurring membership until that member decides to cancel. Please note that processing fee (12-14%) is split.

Rules On Traffic
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!
